Our mission is to help individuals optimise their performance and to do that we ensure all of our staff are skilled in our four pillars. In this way, P/G staff are well versed to address an injury concern, give support in a stressful situation, prepare a tailored training plan for an upcoming tournament or give detailed nutritional advice.

To set ourselves apart, we guarantee that in addition to all of our Performance Specialists being qualified Physiotherapists, they are equally highly skilled & qualified in the training arena to ensure optimal integration between injury, prevention, rehabilitation & high-performance training.

Naturally, some staff will specialise more in certain areas so when a client’s goal is more specific, we will ensure you’re in the best capable hands to tackle that individually.

Performance therapy & return-to-sport rehabilitation

We deliver integrated performance therapy solutions by first understanding deficiencies occurring in the body through customised examination. Using our holistic approach to each injury, we offer a comprehensive evaluation of the injury and surrounding areas, looking for deficiencies and imbalances that could have factored into the cause of the injury.
