Training, Recovery, Nutrition & Behaviour
Depending on the goals of the individual and the outcome of our initial intake process, our specialists seek to understand each person’s needs and provide clients with simple steps to improve in each area.
Through an application of various methods and interventions targeting each pillar, we provide the support necessary to help the individual, company or team to meet its goals. Our mission is to help individuals optimise their performance and to do that we ensure all of our staff are skilled in our four pillars. In this way, P/G staff are well versed to address an injury concern, give support in a stressful situation, prepare a tailored training plan for an upcoming tournament or give detailed nutritional advice.
To set ourselves apart, we guarantee that in addition to all of our Performance Specialists being qualified Physiotherapists, they are equally highly skilled & qualified in the training arena to ensure optimal integration between injury, prevention, rehabilitation & high-performance training.
Naturally, some staff will specialise more in certain areas so when a client’s goal is more specific, we will ensure you’re in the best capable hands to tackle that individually.
Based on your initial evaluation, our Performance Specialists will perform further investigations in one or more of the pillars to establish your individual program/plan.
With expertise in a variety of specific training methods,
our specialists will decide which movement interventions are
most suitable based on the needs of the client.
We utilise a wide range of techniques to selectively heal
damaged tissues while addressing any other potential factors
that could obstruct the recovery process.
This pillar is aimed at informing, advising & coaching
people in their general nutritional habits to ensure long lasting changes.
The identification of internal limiting factors is crucial to enable our
specialists to adequately address these areas.

Training:
We offer individualised science-based exercise programming based on goals, sport & physiology to optimise performance & limit injury risk. An initial assessment is performed to establish an understanding of strengths, weaknesses, and imbalances. Our individualised programs are then prepared based on these results and the individual needs/wishes of the client.
The importance we place on optimal performance analysis & preventative strategies ensure our clients perform at their best with a reduced risk of injury.
Recovery:
We deliver integrated performance therapy solutions by first understanding deficiencies occurring in the body through customised examination. Using our holistic approach to each injury, we offer a comprehensive evaluation of the injury and surrounding areas, looking for deficiencies and imbalances that could have factored into the cause of the injury.
With a focus on active healing and correction of movement flaws, we utilise a wide range of techniques to selectively heal damaged tissues while vigorously working around the injured area to correct any potential imbalances that could impede the recovery process.
