Awesta Amim
Awesta Amim — Physiotherapist & Performance Coach
Awesta is a physiotherapist with hands-on experience in treating a wide range of physical issues, but his coaching journey started long before that. With over 2 years of clinical experience and a lifelong background in training and performance, he brings a unique mix of science, movement, and mindset to every session.
His approach is holistic and focused on one thing: helping people break through their physical and mental limits. Whether you're recovering from pain or want to build long-term strength and mobility, Awesta doesn’t just treat he coaches you through it.
He believes in blending multiple evidence-based techniques because no one method works for everyone. What matters is what works for you.
Outside of the clinic, Awesta is passionate about football, anime, gaming, photography, and building businesses. His creative and driven mindset is reflected in how he works with clients: full focus, high standards, and real results.

Anouar Haouam
Anouar Haouam, MBA — Founder, Physiotherapist & Performance Specialist
Anouar is the founder of Performance Guys and a seasoned physiotherapist with over 14 years of experience working with elite athletes, office workers, and everyone in between. His approach bridges the gap between performance training, rehabilitation and strategic business thinking — making him a rare combination of clinician, coach, and consultant.
With a background in physiotherapy (HvA) and a Master of Business Administration, Anouar has specialized in transfer-based training, EXOS performance methods and the integration of hybrid business models within physiotherapy practices. His practical skills are backed by numerous certifications, including dry needling, manual therapy, Ultimate Instability and advanced concepts from the Frans Bosch system.
Anouar’s philosophy is clear:
“You don’t have to be sick to get better.”
His coaching style blends deep analysis with energetic execution and a highly personal touch. He is known for being data-driven but people-centered — using slow-motion video, movement screens, and outcome metrics to create measurable progress that clients can feel and track.
What drives him? The smile of someone who returns to sport, hobby, or work pain-free. The strategic challenge of future-proofing physiotherapy practices. And the belief that every step forward — no matter how small — contributes to a healthier society.
When he’s not helping clients move better or coaching his team, Anouar enjoys strength training, running, boxing, and watching sports in all forms.
