Do I need a referral from a doctor?

No, you don’t need a referral! You can book an appointment directly. We also offer a free injury check to assess your symptoms and advise you on the best course of action.

How do I know if I need physiotherapy?

What if my pain isn’t from an injury?

Do you offer more than just physiotherapy?

How long does a session last, and how many do I need?

Sessions typically last 30-60 minutes. The number of sessions depends on your condition, but most clients see a 50% reduction in pain within 1-4 sessions.

Does physiotherapy hurt?

Physiotherapy is meant to relieve pain, not cause it. Some treatments or exercises might cause mild discomfort, but they are always adjusted to keep you as comfortable as possible.

How much does physiotherapy cost?

If you have insurance for physiotherapy, your treatments are fully covered, with no out-of-pocket costs. If you’re uninsured, we offer competitive rates, contact us for pricing details.

Do you have contracts with insurance companies?

Yes! We are contracted with all insurance providers except Caresq. If you’re insured, your treatments are fully covered.

Do you offer free consultations?

Yes! We offer a free injury check to assess your condition and guide you on the best treatment options.

Can I use my insurance for other services like training or nutrition coaching?

Insurance covers physiotherapy, but additional services like personal training and nutrition coaching are not included. However, we offer package deals to make it more affordable.

What if I don’t have insurance?
